This save is in tutorial mode so you will get achievements & nothing has been completed so you wont miss out on anything if your playing for the first time. I have no plans of editing this any further or providing any updates to this save. I know this is an old post but because I too was looking for an editor when I found this post, and I posted that the editor did not work I decided to make my own hex edited version for anyone who may still be interested in the game. If you do it right, the save will run perfectly as I have tested it more then once on many of my own IDs.
